At Vinyaara, we care deeply about hygiene, comfort, and customer trust. Since our products fall under the personal and intimate hygiene category, we maintain specific policies for returns, refunds, and cancellations to ensure product safety and quality for all customers.

1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Returns Policy
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, Vinyaara products are generally non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered.
However, returns or replacements may be considered only in the following cases:
- You received a damaged product
- You received an incorrect product
- The product packaging was tampered with during delivery
- The product is defective upon arrival
3. Reporting an Issue
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us review your request quickly, please share:
- Order ID
- Photos of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Requests submitted beyond this period may not be eligible for review.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be processed only after verification and approval of the issue by our team.
Approved refunds may be issued in the following situations:
- Order cancelled before shipment
- Product unavailable after purchase
- Verified damaged or incorrect product delivery
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Opened or used products
- Minor packaging variations
- Incorrect orders placed by customers
- Delays caused by courier partners beyond reasonable control
5. Refund Processing Timeline
Once approved, refunds are usually processed within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method.
The actual time for the refund to reflect may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer exchanges for hygiene products.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we may provide:
- A replacement product, or
- A refund, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue
7. Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned:
- Opened sanitary pads
- Opened panty liners
- Used products
- Products without original packaging
8. Failed Deliveries
If an order is returned due to:
- Incorrect shipping address
- Repeated failed delivery attempts
- Customer unavailable during delivery
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
